Preparing your order
Processing usually takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. This is separate from transit; weekends and public holidays do not count.
Delivery estimates
Allow an estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch, unless a different destination estimate is shown before purchase. Holidays, customs, weather and carrier disruption may delay arrival. Halloween-date arrival is not guaranteed.
Charges & destinations
Available shipping methods, destinations and charges appear at checkout. Import duties or clearance charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately by the recipient.
Dispatch & tracking
The registered address does not identify a local warehouse or dispatch location. Ask support if origin matters. Available tracking is emailed after dispatch; split shipments receive their available tracking details.
Address changes & cancellations
Contact support promptly before fulfillment begins. Changes depend on preparation status. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations have no fee; refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipment problems
Report delays, missing parcels or a delivered-but-missing order. We investigate and provide an appropriate refund, replacement or reshipment where warranted. Damaged or incorrect deliveries receive a remedy at no additional cost. Agreed reshipping costs may apply to customer address errors.
