mirevno™ is owned and operated by Wuhan Lengfei Clothing Co., Ltd.. These terms cover purchases; Terms of Use cover website access. Mandatory consumer protections remain applicable.
Orders & descriptions
Provide accurate details and review the final total. You must have legal capacity or authorization. Automated confirmation acknowledges receipt. We contact you about stock, verification or material listing errors; unfulfilled paid goods are refunded. Materially different substitutions require agreement.
Prices & payment
Product variations and contents are stated on listings. Screen colors may differ, but goods must match their material description. Use checkout payment methods and review currency, taxes and shipping. Future price changes do not change an accepted purchase.
Delivery & cancellation
Typical processing is 1–3 business days; estimated transit is 7–12 business days after dispatch. Checkout shipping charges apply. Contact us promptly for changes. Successful pre-fulfillment cancellations have no fee; refunds are issued within 5–10 business days.
Returns & problems
Request eligible returns within 30 calendar days. Preference-return shipping is customer-paid; no restocking fee applies. Product faults or our errors receive an appropriate remedy without additional cost. Approved return refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.
Rights & concerns
Nothing excludes non-waivable rights or liability. Disruptions do not automatically remove refund rights. Contact support to resolve concerns; courts, regulators and payment-provider remedies remain available. Later terms do not retrospectively remove purchase rights.
